On January 6, 2024, Bishop Johnson Gakumba, the chairman of the Tochi Community Transformation Initiative (TOCOTI), met with 40 young people in Tochi County. He challenged them to become active agents of spiritual and socio-economic development in their areas. TOCOTI will train, mentor, and empower the cohort of these young people in the areas of mindset transformation, asset-based community development strategy, social entrepreneurship, and agribusiness, encouraging them to put their faith in actions to confront the precarious human challenges in Tochi County.
